Bugged Icons?

Hello guys I found this nice icons made by CRAZZYRUSSIAN

However as soon as I converted them into blp using the blplab tool they appear to be black in game. So I'm just wondering if they are bugged is it possible to fix them?

It seems that the icons were not bugged, there's a same name icon already in my map and both of them belonged to CRAZZYRUSSIAN XD
