Ones without the turret do exist but such things are hardly important. Turretless ones are used as recon, ambulances, and other things. Why on earth would you need them for a map.

k, i dont need it anymore. But it was meant to be a reckon type of expedition vehicle, that would patrol some perimeter (simple AI) with some marine infantry (all NPC-s). BTW the turret did fit with my plan of a reckon vehicle
