Sin'dorei300: With the actual shading, the nose seems to be in another perspective.
Reposition the tusks(mainly the right one) and fix the shading on the bandana.

well good icon for the model here 3/5 because you never direct link to the fitting model

Please explain the nose ? What's wrong ? :D

The nose is too 'long and sharpened up'. He looks like Pinocchio..
Make the nose more smooth and war3 troll-like. The eyes also don't match the position he is looking, one eye is looking in right the other in the left, he looks very creepy with that stare. Make the eyes more realistic rather than just a red dot. As I mentioned you have a lot's of potential to learn these things, you can improve this icon. Also when creating an icon use more sharper and smaller brush. A normal icon gets created in a day minimum, yours= 15 /1 hours.

Huh, Genin?
Since when is not WC3 and WoW based on cartoonish style. Your point is invalid.

This is not enough cartoonish for you?
Oh well WC3_Icons

For me, the icon fits WC3 style very well. But yeah just the nose should get improved a bit.

You misunderstood something, I only said that eyes needs to be improved too. Since this is a unit icon not a spell. Your point is invalid and false, spell icons can be however they are designed to be, they are not used for actual units because they don't match the detail on normal unit icons. I said that the icon should not use darkened edges because it makes it worse. The eyes and nose needs to be remaked, while the darkened edges should be normal colors.

That blizzard icon looks ten times better because even though it's cartoonish it's got proper shading, which this icon doesn't.

Also, you may want to look up some tutorials on making materials/textures (or look at reference pics /real life stuff) because right now everything looks like it's made of plastic, instead of the material it should be made of.

I already knew that, But I already reduce the highlights ... :)

Suggestion, you should make his eyes actually red with proper shading. That will increase his look, since he had red complete eyes in WC2 icon. You should also improve lightning and shading, but it is much better now! 4/5
I will increase rating once changes are made. ;)

Edit: You should also improve the tusk by making them a little bigger and taller. Also it still looks like the tusk is coming from the cloth.

Oh god, he seems so realistic and evil now :p Very well done!

Make the eye stand out more, it's undefined atm, and less visible comparative to the rest.
You overdid it with that rim light, it stands out too much.
In this case the rim light serves to separate your subject(from the bg), not to steal attention from it.

Edit: I'll add the rating after you improve the eyes.
