Damn this is good, I just feel the fingernails are too dark and the same with some of the marks on the fingers, they should be more subtle, also regardless of color skin fingernails tend to be more pink-like than brown.

Just set your hand in that position. You will see that thumb is positioned on the biggest distance from other fingers.

Yeah it's almost identical in form, but I am nearly certain he drew this all by hand; I've been editing that 'brain-in-hand' icon for years now, and his is subtly different.
