This one looks better than the last one (which I liked). I cannot remember exactly how your first ice lance looked, though I think it hadn't this kind of stylish effects around the bolt/lance itself. =)

it somehow reminded me of an icy ghost coming down to kill people lol i like it!! and i also like the backround, its blue just like the water lance and 2 blues (backround and icon pic) ussually look bad to me but somehow i like the blue in this icon +REP
