anyway, the red is best imo, as the randomness decreases with the removal of one extra color.

1-Overall nice idea/creativity.
2-Shading needs some work around the skin.
3-Make it so its not all blurry and hard to see, because at the moment this isn't that good till edit.
4-I suggest for the teeth to make them longer and too be sharper. Also with the blood it needs to be a better, Make it dripping off the top jaw of the teeth going down to the bottom jaw.

It's kinda cool looking, but it's also kinda plain. It looks like it's supposed to be an ability icon, so maybe you should add some effects?

for true, i dont draw necks if they are not needet

and for panda:
well making things less blury is always bit hard ya know^^
i whanted to make the poison run from the top of the teeth to theyr bottom too, but when i did that, u couldnt see much of the teeth anymore :/
i think the skin is ok, but i may will lay over some alpha/texture to get some details. and im gonna make some bigger contrast via burn, if it makes the single parts more visible, i may put that in too.

They are needed, though. It looks empty without a neck. Try drawing one, please, I can almost guarantee it'll look good so long as you draw it well.

The idea is nice, but I think, that it`s kinda empty. Maybe you should do as ~Void~ said and add neck?

it's certainly a detailed icon and great quality, however i think it leaves too much space around the jaw. You need to fill it up with something little or expand the size of the face, as it stands the black area is too empty and unbalanced against the mass of detail. Perhaps a glow, simple background or blood spats maybe?

had the idea with bloodsplats too, but i dont think its needet. many blizzicons have a black area like this one too
