Wow I like the nice blend of colors you have here! Makes it really pop out. Personally, theres too much empty space for me, I would zoom into the face more. I also think the face is too sharp. It looks like he would cut my skin if I ran into his chin/jawline.

it is well drawn and a quite funny expression, which isn't bad

but his skin tone seems a bit too dark compared to the typical NE, and the brown background is pretty bad. you'd do better with no background.
