Lack of detail, honestly your icons could have been better if you haven't rushed posting your finals and actually worked on polishing them.

I actually really like this icon, it doesn't need detail, it's all about the choice of style and this one's works. Whilst Chen could take criticism from you better you don't need to be such a douche about everything, I mean seriously man just be a little less haughty and no-one will have any problem.

Great idea and great execution!

However, I do feel that the strong green color you've used, in combination with mostly neutral other colors of the icon, make it stand out a little too much. In my opinion, the tombstones just draw attention away from the hand, and they lack shadows and a light source. You can try to make the glow around the necromancer gradient, starting with the same green color you've used for the hand at his head, and toning down to dark green towards the bottom; it would make the hand pop out more while still keeping the same colors and the necromancer in the first plan.
