Needs more contrast in my opinion. Right now it's a little monotonous "blue", if you know what I mean.

Doesn't really looks like a flower... more like some seaweed... or like a glowing octopus' "hand". (what's the word for that?

yes it does look like seaweeds but I like the effect, it looks like its in water or a reflection of the sky on water. Nice work ^^
