looks like a screeny edit and apart from that the background is just horrible, please at least make parts of it black, floor should not fill the sky as well. also, think about adding some more action to it because usually special effects are not supposed to be static and boring.

You have to realize that we often see more CnP than original work here, that's why we are so defensive. You will just have to see beyond that. We're not trying to be mean.

And your icon is similar to bigapples, but from a different perspective and without the crypt lord.

On another note, did you draw this on the computer or was it hand-drawn? It looks really hand-drawn to me.

Yeah, sorry for thinking you CnPd, it's no offense, but as said we've seen alot of stolen work, and this really looked like bigapple90's Impale.
About the icon, you should really improve the background, make it interesting. All I see right now is the spikes, which does look good, but the rest if just... nah.

This looks awesome, but i recommend making some rocks in the background flying up, and then texturize the dirt some.

The spikes look really great but as the others said, it can stand some improvement. if the background is improved and you add dust around the spikes and rocks flying up this would b 5/5 IMO; right now id give it a 4/5

I lovve the icon, and i love the background, as opposed to anyone else it seems, To me it looks like a night sky, with dust hurlng up all over the place, from the spikes, penetrating the ground. Unfortunately, i feel impale as a skill, not this icon, lacks imagination, i always found it boring and plain, so i cannot see myself using it, but i still love the icon!
