I have to disagree, I think it looks very good
The face is well drawn and everything flows nicely, and it has a warcrafty feel to it.

1. the eyes looks like WTF. (mostly the colours) it suits the skin but it still looks like a freak, I dont like it at all.
2. something about the cheeks. I cant describe it in english.
