That is Guldans face actually, its just the eyes that are "normal" in his anatomy -_-

I think the eyes are not good in your icon.

His original face is a bit messed up and he only twinkles his eyes so they look un-even.

Start from scratch, draw the outline of the hood, then continue making the outline of his head, then draw in the details, eyes etc. I'm pretty good at pencil-art and that's always how I start, with an outline. In this case you have to do the hood first so it looks right.

The other ear should be visible if the face is angled in that direction or the left ear should be leaning back more.

You didn't make the hood angular enough, it should be facing left, and so should Gul'dan's face.

Guldan is facing left yes. and hood of fact of this too but closed to our vision right part is opened more of this)

Here are some examples of the Drak'thul a Stormreaver Clan warlock, and the famous Gul'dan as well and there is also a Stormreaver orc creep icon, but I couldn't find it online.
