I love this icon, there's some sort of feel to it that's unique. The only problem though is the way that the branches are. They seem to be a little "detached".

I think it could be approved.

There is some flaws here though, the background is making it hard too see the tree, And, i would prolly make a moon indicating that its night, that would be a good add-on towards this.

ONTOPIC: Nice idea, however you need to underline what is shown more, maybe by more contrast and some higher opacity lines!

I like your icon but something is ruining it, in my opinion you should move the tree a bit to the right because it takes too much credit, when i saw it i couldn't see the tombstones at first. Also you should reduce a bit the saturation of the tree, and make it more dead-wood color, a bit more gray and darker than the actual.

Just a personal opinion. In overall i would give it a 2/5. Just because the tree takes TOO much credit, and it is the worse thing on the icon. Believe me, improve that tree and you'll get an owning icon.

Note: Remember wood as LOW highlights, since it doesn't reflect too much.

Okay, updated, made moon round, added glow, moved tree to the right, defined the tombs a bit, played with Saturation and Contrast.

make them a tad bit taller and perhaps a little more contrast to the fog

Woah Chilla now THAT's and advance, congratulations!

As I see you are capacitated to improve a lot this icon, and you did a nice work removing some credits to the tree, in my opinion you should just make tombstones a bit larger/taller so they can be even easier to difference and you are done, just as Just_Spectating said, and about what Army-of-Pandas said, I'm not sure that the highlights are wrong, instead I think it can't be really defined since the tombstones are a bit small.

But you did a nice work from v2 to v3.

Now I would rate it a 3.5/5.
Because you still need to mark it is a splendid Graveyard. And it will help you the fact you moved the tree.

hmm ok the composition and the tree looks nice now.
now, the whole thing is tad bit too bright for a graveyard. especially your tan coloured tree branches.
your grave stones need defining.

I think the glow on the top are abit overdone at the bottom, they look abit too round there to me. other than that, epic icon.

The highlights are bad set, the position is what I mean, you have highlighted the whole top, but remember light doesn't comes from everywhere, it only comes from the moon. Taking as reference the moon position, highlight and shadow the tombstones.
