The shape of the hand is wrong. The middle finger's knuckle is covering to much area on the hand. And the shading on the center of the hand seems kinda random. Fix the hand up bro, and it should be good.

Um, I think I know anatomy fairly well to answer the opposite.
That's not even a knuckle. Well not completely. That is the bridge from the finger middle to finger end. Starts from the knuckle and ends at the bone joining. Touch your hand's bones. You will feel the seperation of the central joint into five different sticks of Ca² x.x
