enjoy: Better than the purple one. Looks cool, but I agree, it could use a bit more glow or maybe a background with some small shrapnel's.

Looks a lot like the human mage hero on a horse guy's blizzard if you "look in a nutshell".
Though its nice, and always useful to have icons like this.

Lacks originality... but looks nice as I've said...

Also it seems like this is just the remade Blizzard icon so shouldn't you give cred to Blizzard?

There isn't many "Rain" Icons around here so I wanted to add some.

Like a spear rain?, or a spear rain with crystal tips?

btw if you want me to do it post it in the 2D-3D Art Workshop, it says that I wouldn't accept any new request but I'll accept this one.

In my opinion it's difficult to see the "rain" part. It looks like several spears coming from a corner of the icon. Perhaps sharpening the edges of the shards a bit, although it is entirely up to you.
