Ice/crystals usually have triangular form. Yours looks like a spitted water rather than an ice.

I like it. It looks like an icy blast of fire or power, no exactly like ice but I still think it would be very useful, especially if the buff/effect that went with it looked similar. I can picture it going along with a ise version of Panda's breath of fire or something like that. I vote for approval. +rep
