Took GooS, zombie2279, and Paladon's advice and gave my icons a new perspective

P.S.: Yes, I have WIP's. Only 2, but I still have them.
Remade for Pheonix Trial #5.
A remade critical strike, since (to me) the critical strike icon doesn't make sense.
UPDATE 2: Sharpened, mixed colors around a bit, moar buhlud.

Quite good, though the object is quite simple. I recommend adding some lightning effects on the blade and maybe a bit more blood. You're definately improving.
