It needs so much work... All the cloth, leather and metal type parts have different shading. Also the background isn't the best for contrast. Good luck on that

Even for a wc3 icon way to flat and cartoonish. As already mentioned, the outlines are to thick, causing this, also a bit lack of proper shading is visible.

Try to improve this, to add another nice icon to the database!
