They looks so small because the boots are 1) saving the whole leg up to the knee and 2) of the perspective.

Hmmm... The background don't go too well with the boots, most item icons like better in lack backgrounds. Nice boots though! =D

The file path switches the icon on Boots of Quel'Thalas... Might wanna fix that.
