The glow's too thin, make it thicker and smoother.

That outline glow is a bit too strong otherwise it's sweet. Those background stars are a bit too pronounced. Anyway 4/5.

Why do you always put some-kind of an outline around object? It is too much over-detailed that it looks rather silly (to me). Nevertheless it needs some tweaking, it can look a lot better. 3/5

Yeah, I can personally prefer many thing I like, that doesn't mean they are good or beautiful. For example I prefer the old War3 Role-Playing Strategy Game (1999) back then, but it turned out to be a RTS. That does not mean that others preferred it.
