This is pretty interesting. I'm not sure how "Aura-y" it feels to me (seems like they are mostly much more 'circular', more 'runic'; this is literally just a web, pulsing, with little spiders). That being said it's a very cool effect nonetheless.

Its an aura model. Standard auras has no birth/death anim.

ah yes, an aura can work without them but it doesnt cost you much to add fade in/fade out anim. It's neater.
