[Trigger] Breaking the movement speed limit?

No, I believe there isn't. For movement beyond 522 (?) you would have to create a slide trigger - playing walk animation while moving the unit forward through triggers.

However I doubt it can be done in such a smooth way it can be considered regular movement. Slide is for spells, such as charges that need to go beyond 522 movement speed.
