Bonus Campaign?

I saw that TheSpoon said that he wasn't going to do the Bonus Campaign (the one with Rexxar) because it was part of Frozen Throne, but since Mcquavablood is working on TFT, does that mean we will get the Bonus Campaign?

I may do that bonus campaign at some point because I think it could be quite fun to make. But nobody has promised to make it yet.
McQva has only said he will do the Sentinel Campaign so far also.
