I like it overall, and people are complaining about the 'beak' but this could as well be more of a wyvern/serpent than a bird. So u did an amazing job conceptualizing a troll!
Too bad u didn't finish it for the contest, but thanks for the upload very useful.

~The beak of the bird is a bit ugh...just fix the color and it will be okay.
~The Green Feathers looks like it's a part of the bird's "fingers"

Really nice, if you'd entered they competition I'd have voted for you.

Still, the face doesn't really look trollish. Now I know that's pretty hard (perhaps impossible) to pull off on this model, but maybe one of those skull masks they use (like the shadow priest's) would have fitted better.
