I like the details, but his balance is off (if the model previewer is accurate, that is, which is of course not always the case.) Also it doesn't look like he has any team colour, even though the model is marked as such.
 
First of all, you could rename the bundle, and give it a different preview image, so it covers all the contents. And the models have a few issues to be fixed:
  • The Marine's weapon reappears in Decay Bone, which seems as a glitch.
  • The Zombie one's selectability is broken. Try recalculating extents and/or adding collision shapes.
  • The zombie has no decay animation. It's ok if it does no decay and can't be raised, but if death doesn't sink in the ground totally, you'd need a decay animation to do that work.
  • Zombie has no portrait, it appears all black.
  • Scientists have "Spell One" looping unnecessarily, also, they play a sound in that animation which seems out of place, as if they were working with an invisible pickax.
  • The Scientists' wrap is below acceptable. Try rework it to remove the seams, or choose a better texture.
  • All of them have no teamcolor. Adding it increases the usability a lot.
Also, some recommended, but not obligatory updates:
  • The wrap in the Marines could be improved further too.
  • The zombie leaves some crazy blood splats as they walk. I never seen that before, and I found it quite creative. But maybe rethink the measure you'll give it. They do quite a mess in-game. (And the blood doesn't look so continuous. Maybe adding a ribbon of a blood trail would look good)
