How to keep blackmask always dark and never, ever becomes light dark (it happens once some player's unit walk arround the map area) ?

I know that we must start with
  • Events
    • Time - Every x Seconds.
Something like this
 
This?
  • Visibility - Create an initially Enabled visibility modifier for (All Players) emitting Black mask across (Playable map area)

Don't ask me, I don't know. i'll try

EDIT: (All players) means I have to do one by one, right ? player 1, 2 3 ...
