Bill Clinton: Shakespearean Tragic Hero

I have this term paper due some time in the beginning of May. We have to write about a Modern Tragic Hero having the traits of a Shakespearean Tragic Hero.
At first, I picked Tom Cruise, but that backfired, so instead, I'm going with Bill Clinton.
He's always mentioned whenever I find a thread or webpage about modern tragic heroes.
The only problem here is that I can't find anything that tells me HOW or WHY he's a tragic hero.
Can anyone tell me how and why?
