The whole FFXIV vs. WoW 'drama' these Youtubers keep pushing is just cheap and tacky clickbait. People are free to criticize WoW all they want (people have been saying WoW is dead since TBC from what I understand), but not everything has to be this made-up competition, especially when both dev teams are friendly towards one another.
 
Let me show you how little I care about being called an asshole by making an 11 minute video talking about it.

Yep, Friendly competition is better than bitter and toxic one.
 
I do like how the FFXIV staff are not tolerating any shenanigans being done inside their game, which I think is the most appropriate and mature response to the entire situation.
