Better search in members?

in community>members the search checks only the beginning of the username? why not any part containing the keyword?
What if i dont know the beginning of the username of someone but know other parts?

maybe change your databse query to

SELECT *
FROM Users
WHERE Username LIKE '%<word>%';

?
