Seriously? Why is that supposed to be illegal? There should be an import manager of sorts, and you can't do much with those files(at least for now) anyways, and I bet that they wont do anything to people who use BETA models\sounds\icons\etc in their maps when SC2 comes out. They didn't do it with WC3 anyways.
Blizzard made you sign some form of Non disclosure agreement along with a EULA before downloading the beta.
That is true, but I don't think they will mind people spreading the music around the internet; if its getting spread, then people like it and have higher chances of buying the game. Its like music albums in a sense; many people will have a higher chance of buying an album after hearing part of/the full song/album.They have not released the galaxy editor and do you understand what CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT means? Its a simple way of stating that you won't release the files, executable or not, to anyone. And if he never signed a "CD" then he must have downloaded a pirated version. Which IS illegal.
Not sure, they way he words it makes it seem like only media based resources.

Also, 90% of battle.net has the beta. Most of them by torrent.
