battle key problems

So, I exit out of wc3 in between each gaias game to prevent a disconnect. Ever since the update I get this battle net key already logged in error when trying to do a quick remake. Does anybody know why/how to stop this?

Their servers might be slow and it takes a couple of minutes for the servers to full recognize your account being logged off. It also might just be processing limitation to prevent over exertion, as in Blizzards eyes theres usually not many good reasons to log out and then log right back in, so they could have put a small wait period on re logging back in.

Are you running the game in administrator every time you relaunch it? I've noticed sometimes if I try to launch wc3 while not running it as an administrator first it gets all wonky.

It is as Box says. If you logout then try to log back in before the server recognizes you have left, this will happen. It's a really old B.net issue. I get this alot these days because of my internet line troubles. Once you get the error you'll be screwed for ~10minutes. May aswell just login from another server then.

I don't think it's necessary to restart war3 inbetween every gaias game. I had to before but since 1.2B came through, I've only had to restart if I've played a different map.

You can try waiting some time before logging back. I think 30 seconds is enough.

I never had to restart wc3 between Gaias games lol.

You don't have to restart between two gaias games. It's enough to restart after playing a different map.
