This is just a depressingly bad mess of filters and Copy'n Paste. Plus the unwrap is upside down (you probably working on a BMP or JPG instead of a 32-bit TGA).

The hive database is not the place for first tries.
Please consider check out the tutorials at the 2D Art Tutorials part from the foum, learn from those thread and start learning to improve.
