I want to use Azwraith the Phantom Lancer (from dota) model in my map but i cant find it. Can you give me it with paths. It's normal name is Kimahri (from ff)

he was on wc3search, I am 100% sure but I can't find him on hive now... I think sopho made it.

It isn't a model, it's a skin for Grom Hellscream model similar to this one:

No, it was stolen from what i remember and put on wc3sear, it was made by someone else...

this is the problem with dota not naming the authors =/

Ask at the dota forum in an appropriate section, they may know.

It's made by ZZzz (Fr0stbite). And I can assure you that I've seen it in more maps then only DotA.
