I've seen that fanart and it was really cool. Your execution is nice, however I'd suggest making her hair more teal like in the fanart and maybe making her bow more snazzy. Perhaps using the texture of the blue orb from the Naga altar on the tips of the bows where the regular orbs are?

Please fix the hair. The wrap and geometry looks very bad.
Also, make further changes and improvements to the mesh of the model. It does not stand out enough.
