Autocast Life Drain?

Is this possible? Or am I just an idiot for not figuring such a simple thing?

It is possible. Is your spell passive or autocast (Right click to auto activate)? And who will be the target if the unit reaches 15% hp?

The spell's passive. The target is any enemy it can reach (Which is within 400 range)
