Yup, just a recolor. There isn't enough actual changes to be approved. Actually do freehand, instead of a simply recolor, and CnP.

recolor, CnP, invert, blurry face.....
if you want this to look like a zombie then may i suggest making the skin more worn out and pale, or blue....... armor should be replaced by some loose scraps of clothes and he certainly could use a beaten-up rusty sword
