!Concept! (at this point)
Type of Contest - An art contest, not limited to the basic principles of WCIII, more or less a contest to prove your art skills. You can use any program/tool to your advantage or you can go back to good ol' fashioned pen and paper.
Theme -
The theme will be Warcraft. Anything Warcraft... From Pandarens to Wisps to Lordaeron, use any tool at your expense (including the WC3 Map Editor - Your map will not be judged, the landscape will. Or the model or texture or cinematic or spell... A GAME IS NOT A PIECE OF ART... except for pacman.)
Rules -
No Plagiarism -
You will automatically be DISQUALIFIED from ALL contests I create.
No bias -
Just because someone has Photoshop CS3 Pro with all the addons doesn't mean we won't think your hand drawn little thing won't cut it. It's about your style, imagination and idea. Though graphically it must look good, doesn't mean that the final judging will include all the extra effects that COULD'VE been added with an art program. It's about what you did.
Things you should remember -
Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD, Think about it.

To be decided by the admin/moderators.
Judging -
50% Admin/Moderator Decision
25% Myself
25% General Public through a poll
This is a WIP contest idea, any changes can and will be made by myself at any point during the contest and I have the right to cancel it at any time. Anyone who does not follow the rules I have set so far will immediately be "reported" and you're name will be put on my dis-qualificated list and you will be unable to compete in any contest or challenge I hold in the future unless otherwise stated by myself.
