Arenas for TBC

Looks like theres going to be arenas in the burning crusade. They look pretty fun, 2v2 matches or even 5v5 matches.

Really? Arenas, not like battlegrounds though...? Interesting.

I'll give you a bit more info:

So theres going to be 2v2 arenas 3v3 and 5v5.

You can battle cross-faction and your own faction

Your group gets a rank ever week (just like bg's) and depending on your rank you get points to spend on items at the arena.

All your buffs will be purged on entering the arena.


Oh and discuss what group would be the most kick-ass.

My group: Shaman (ele) Shaman (resto) Mage, Paladin, Paladin.

Mage, Mage, Mage, Mage, Mage
Polymorph ftw

I think oblivion arena will be better then this wow arena, mostly because you can bet on matchs I think .

there is also talk of cross server pvp

Actually Im pretty sure Cross-server is happening next patch .

And if people wanted to they could bet on matches.

Well yea but Blizzard isn't making a system so people can do it are they?

no, but people can do it themselves.
