Sadly, I don't believe it should be allowed. The original models and textures are part of a paid pack. The people who buy the pack don't have the right to distribute it.

If you pay for it and have proof of purchase, then it is fine to use those conversions. Otherwise, it isn't fair to the author. :\

Depends on what you mean by allowed.

You are allowed to use them in your projects. You are not allowed to upload the recourse because it's stealing.
