Are there bug in the set player name in Reforged?

I used the proper functions but their names don't change properly.
When they chat, original nickname is revealed. and this experience is different for each player.
For some players nickname seems to have been changed as I intended, but for some others it doesn't seem to have changed.

I wonder other maps have same problem using nickname changes in Reforged. Does it work normally?

That is either a bug, or, most likely, a decision made by Blizzard.
