Kinda simple if you ask me, just a round paper thin plane with a round texture...
I have some suggestions to improve it, like add some thickness to it, add a handle on the inside, and some ornaments or objects on the outside, like crystal spikes or things like that. Filesize is good though...

U are right BR, this should be a heavy looking icy stone shield that only by looking at it should smash out your teeth working on it

You can make it better by making an extra edge and add to it (edge) other suitable texture.
