I can see that HIVE's 3d viewer is not displaying it properly.
Update: Fixed things said by General Frank
Update 26.02.18: Added collision shape and edited birth and death animation as General Frank asked.
The texture is now .blp, not .tga

You should really make the animations less choppy and use a linear interpolation and you should make the rings disappear at the end of the death animation.

Please fix the following issues:
The rings at the end of the birth animation have a different position than in the Stand animation. You might want to fix that.
Add collision shapes. A box type should do.
