very nice model, and i just checked the file size its actually 40.7kb (thats without the skins) so its pretty good imo.

Well, in short, you need to find a good one and then rewrap the model to it. Usually I need to split it into many geosets because I use several small parts of different skins.
It's tricky, but it may be worth it.

A: on death...it just stands there it dosend die

but u can always make a trigger that removes it whe dead so i give it 4/5
