I really like the texture you used on the double doors. I think you used it before but here it looks very nice.

You need to fix the ground mesh/texture issue here too.

And you could fix a geometry glitch present on the wall next to the workshop double doors (There's a smoothing group issue going on). Also, its texture, even if hi-res and all, looks too dark and with a contrast which might be too strong. You could add decay anims too.
