AoS Map, I need help

I think the next map I make will be a AoS. The Problem is the last AoS I made was bugged. Once 5 or so minutes were done in it, the units kept spawning but 1 was left behind and then 2 etc etc etc,
How do I do this? I know every detail on AoS maps but I have no idea how to fix this. Please help me ASAP.

The region they spawn in is not big enough for all the spawned units, so only most of the spawned units will receive the trigger command to move and attack.
