Erm , what kind of spell do u need ? To heal units around the caster or to heal units in a specific point ?

Umm i need one to heal units around the caster by about 100-200 hp.

essence of blight ability.
that heals all nearby friendly units ... it's under undead unit abilities in the object editor .. you can just change the name, the special effect (if you want) and the amount healed and how many healed.
