So, i have to wait 15 seconds, so i should wait ten seconds and try again?

It displays the time left for you to wait before you can search again.

15 seconds is the maximum time. 10 seconds is the time you have to wait (since you posted 5 seconds before).

Actually I hate it when I double-click on New Posts and get "This forum requires that you wait 15 seconds between searches. Please try again in 15 seconds."

I only have this problem when I report or log something as it makes a post requiring me to wait 30 seconds before I can make a non automated post. If you are posting 1 post every 30 seconds, I think something is seriously wrong with your post scheme as a decent post should take longer than 30 seconds to compose.

30 sec posts are more like spams

Once in a while when you type a long post and then go to post a "Yes" or something (if someone wanted confirmation for something).
