I saw "local files" system on hive some while ago, and now I think my map needs this system

I can't find it via search unfortunately. Anyone help me spot it?

I need ability to store data without codes that you need to write up. Just a single integer to be saved, nothing special

So it created this kind of text file on my J drive:

How can I read this from wc3?

You didnt mention that you wanted to read it >.<
