I can't navigate the new site anymore. Maybe I'm missing something but it's totally messed up, the old site was so much better. I can't properly search for any type of resources and the old site looked better too.

I think the problem with searching is that it's not as obvious and on-your-face as the old site.
Try using the search bar on the top right inside the relevant category you want to search. It will have a box ticked to only search that repository.
The new site is much better than the old one imo, but it did take a while for me to come to that conclusion xD

If you click "MORE" in the top you will go to the full search page. You can also go to it by clicking the link in the bottom of the sidebar.

many models have no display image, i can't have a page display 200 items at once (or I don't know how) and the old site looked aesthetically better. This is just my opinion tho, but im frustrated with the difficulty of searching and navigation

models having no display image??? That sounds weird. Can you give me your search parameters?
