Any tut about triggers?

Ok,I will explain my situation.I have started "playing" with wc3 editor about week ago.I learned how to import models,icons,I know to use terrain editor and etc,but importing spells is pretty hard for me because of triggers.I don't want to request triggers every day,I want to learn at least base things about them.Is there any tutorial or something like that for triggers? Thanks in advance.
